The Bungalo is a separate building split into two individual apartments, each with its own entrance and wooden gazebo, as well as its own outdoor barbecue equipment. The apartments are made of two rooms and a kitchen with a spacious entrance hall.  
Children under 5 years stay free of charge. Extra bed is available at an additional cost: adult - 4000 tenge, child from 5 to 12 years - 2000 tenge.
The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, heated floors, private bathroom with cold and hot water (thermal from own artesian wells), double and single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, table and chairs, armchair, sofa, bed linen and towels (replacement once every three days or on request), toilet paper.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Slippers and toiletries are not provided. Bathrobes and a hairdryer are available at an additional cost.
Accommodation costs include access to 7 swimming pools, use of wooden gazebos and showers near the Big Pool, use of barbecue equipment and outdoor cauldron in the Barbeque Corner, car parking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings. Pets are not allowed.
