The Townhouse is a separate building with four apartments for 4, 8 and 10 (two apartments) guests, each with its own entrance and a private wooden gazebo.
Children under 5 years stay free of charge. Extra bed is available at an additional cost: adult - 4000 tenge, child from 5 to 12 years - 2000 tenge.

All apartments are equipped with spacious living room and bedroom(s), bathroom(s), hot and cold water (thermal from own artesian wells), satellite TV, air conditioning, heated floors. Double and/or single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe(s), a dining table (8-10 people) and chairs, sofa, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, bed linen and towels (replacement once every three days or on request), crockery, toilet paper.
Slippers and toiletries are not provided. Bathrobes and a hairdryer are available at an additional cost.

Accommodation costs include access to 7 swimming pools, use of wooden gazebos and showers near the Big Pool, use of barbecue equipment and outdoor cauldron in the Barbeque Corner, car parking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings. Pets are not allowed.
